Applod was born in 2020 in Barranquilla, from a simple observation: nowhere on the Colombian Caribbean coast was there a brand that understood swimwear through a vintage-inspired silhouette sexy, confident, unapologetic. Over time, that idea grew into something bigger: a resortwear brand that tells stories through its prints and textures.

Every collection is made on the Colombian Caribbean coast, but it's born in Italy, where our founder lives and designs. That dual perspective Caribbean warmth and a European eye for design is our edge: much of her year is spent at Italian textile fairs, sourcing high-value fabrics she then turns into one-of-a-kind pieces.

We believe in one world: Caribbean Riviera where the color and energy of the Caribbean meet the sophistication of European beachwear. Two universes that live, quite literally, in the story of our founder, and that we now carry out into the rest of the world through design.

We remain, and will always remain, Made in Colombia crafted on our Caribbean coast, designed from Italy, made for the world.
